Mint worked as an extension of the internal Click team from the outset, leading a comprehensive programme of brand, marketing and SaaS discovery workshops. These sessions shaped the product strategy, clarified user needs and ensured the platform was designed for people who may feel that digital transformation is complex or out of reach.

We developed the Click brand identity alongside the full front-end UX and UI design, creating a calm, accessible interface that supports focus and ease of use. Mint also delivered all UX writing, in-app messaging and support content, ensuring users could confidently sign up, onboard and self-serve without friction or reliance on technical support.
