Slieve Gallion View is a brand identity crafted to help a premium development move beyond standard property marketing and take a more demanding approach. As the project evolved, there was a need to better reflect the depth of the site’s connection to the Sperrin Mountains and the 75-year expertise of the developer, JFM Construction.

Our work began with a strategic brand positioning, defining Slieve Gallion View as a destination rooted in heritage, before extending across a comprehensive sales brochure and site visuals. The visual identity was designed to express this shift through a confident, minimal aesthetic, strong typography, and clear, quality-led content.

The brochure and supporting materials were structured to give the two distinct house types The Bailie and The Cavanagh, equal prominence, making the full offer easy to navigate for families and downsizers alike. By integrating detailed floor plans with high-end architectural renders, we transformed the technical specifications into an emotive narrative. This ensured that the developer’s commitment to craftsmanship was clearly conveyed across every touchpoint and in every new homeowner conversation
